Mission Statement
|
To organize and promote unity among firefighters in the State of Utah and those associated in the fire service. To initiate and maintain an active participation in all aspects of the fire service including training, education, scholarships, fire prevention, law and legislative action, codes, service and special awards, fire history museum and benefits for its members. To support the Utah State Firemen's Ladies Auxiliary in their efforts and to recognize the importance of all functions associated with them. To support the University of Utah Burn Center and other charitable associations affiliated with the fire service. To promote camaraderie, support and common ground between active and retired firefighters as well as volunteer and career firefighters. |
